As an authorized affiliate of The Mad Hatter Company, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting The Mad Hatter Company as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website and products to receive a commission on sales made by individuals referred to The Mad Hatter Company through your website, social media, or personal referrals.

By signing up for The Mad Hatter Company Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and condition.

1. Approval or Rejection of the Application:

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

2. Commissions:

Commissions will be paid monthly on the 1st via PayPal. Affiliates will not receive a commission on their own purchases.

You will earn a commission on the customer’s first purchase only, and there is a limit of one commission per customer referral.

Payments will only be issued for transactions that are successfully completed. Transactions resulting in chargebacks, returns, or refunds are not eligible for commission payout.

Set Up Unified Payments to Get Paid

To ensure you receive your commission smoothly and on time, we’re using Unified Payments for automated monthly payments. In order to get paid, you’ll need to:

1. Sign up for a Refersion Marketplace account

2. ​Submit compliance information to verify your identity.

3. Enter your tax and payment information to receive payouts.

3. Termination:

Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).

• Spamming (mass emails, mass newsgroup postings, etc.).

• Advertising on sites promoting illegal activities or offensive content.

• Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion qualifying as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines or any applicable state laws.

• Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud.

The Mad Hatter Company reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time for any violations of this Agreement or without cause.

4. Affiliate Links:

You may use the graphics and text provided by us or create your own as long as the content aligns with our brand and is deemed appropriate.

5. Coupon and Deal Sites:

The Mad Hatter Company occasionally offers coupons to select affiliates or newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved or assigned a branded coupon, you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. The following terms apply to affiliates promoting deals or coupons:

• Affiliates may not use misleading text, links, buttons, or images to imply unauthorized deals.

• Affiliates may not bid on keywords like The Mad Hatter Company coupons or discounts.

• Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, or other actions that set affiliate cookies without user intent.

• Affiliates may not display “Click for Deal/Coupon” text or similar when no active deal or coupon exists. Affiliates violating this rule will be removed immediately.
